There is no age requirement to purchase our eBooks or consultation calls.However, if you are under the age of 18, we recommend informing a parent or guardian before making a purchase.
Digital Products: All eBooks are delivered in digital format only (PDF or equivalent).Consultations: Consultation calls are delivered via an online meeting platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) at the time slot you book.
All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.You must ensure that all billing information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 24-hour refund window for all eBooks and consultation calls:To request a refund, you must email us at [digitalsprintonline@gmail.com] within 24 hours of your purchase. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.No refunds will be issued after 24 hours.
If you’ve booked a consultation and need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 6 hours before your scheduled call.Missed calls without prior notice will not be refunded.
