Refund and return policy

At Digital Sprint, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and valuable consultation sessions. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, so we’ve designed a clear refund and return policy to ensure transparency and fairness for our customers.

1. Refunds for eBooks and Consultation Calls

We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for all eBooks and paid consultation calls.

  • To request a refund, you must email us within 24 hours of your purchase at digitalsprintonline@gmail.com .
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • After the 24-hour window, no refund will be issued for any digital product or consultation call.

2. No Refunds After Service or Access

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Consultation Calls: If the scheduled call has already been completed.
  • Missed Sessions: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation or arrive late without prior notice.
  • Digital Products: If the refund request is made after 24 hours of purchase, regardless of whether the content has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Rescheduling of Consultation Calls

  • You may reschedule your consultation session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment.
  • Each session can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. Further changes may be subject to cancellation or additional fees.
  • If we must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will arrange an alternative date and time at no extra cost.

4. Exceptions for Technical Issues

If a consultation call cannot be conducted due to technical problems on our side (e.g., severe connectivity issues, platform failure), we will offer:

  • A rescheduled session, or
  • A full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Refunds for Failed Transactions

In case of a payment error such as:

  • Duplicate charge
  • Accidental overpayment

Please report the issue within 5–7 days of the transaction. After review, we will process the refund for the excess amount within 5–7 business days.

6. Client Responsibility

  • Booking Accuracy: Please ensure you select the correct product or service at checkout.
  • Technical Readiness: You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and functioning devices for online sessions. Refunds will not be issued for technical issues on your side.
